Rep. Don Wells
94th General Assembly

Rep. Don Wells, a Republican, represents part of Texas, Phelps, Pulaski and Shannon Counties (District 147) in the Missouri House of Representatives. Elected to the House in 2004, Rep. Wells is an Auto Sales Manager.

In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Wells is a member of the Kiwanis Club, the Twin Cities Industry Board, Gideon’s International, VFW, the American Legion, Gentry Treatment Center Liaison Council member and the Revolvement Loan Fund Board. Rep. Wells served as Mayor of Cabool for two years and was elected to seven terms on the Cabool City Council. He was also the Chairman of the South Central Ozark Council of Governments for two years. Rep. Wells attends the Trinity Freewill Baptist Church where he is a Deacon.

A 1968 graduate of Cabool High School in Cabool, Missouri, Rep. Wells received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Cambridge University in 2004.

Born on February 11, 1950, in Texas County, Missouri, Rep. Wells lives in Cabool with his wife Kathy. They have four children: Donnie, Pennie, Cheryl and Joel.
